M.Shershun, First Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster, met Marek Kuchczynski, Deputy of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Chairman of the Committee on Environment Protection

The attendants of the meeting stated that Poland efficiently conducts activity aimed at protection of water resources and landscapes, and development of environmental tourism. Moreover, the country has successfully coordinated environmental legislation with the EU Laws.

The Parties discussed the issues concerning further cooperation.

The attendants of the meeting defined the tendencies of cooperation between The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster and the Sejm Committee on Environment Protection of the Republic of Poland
